We have a program called Code Blue.  This program has volunteers that have police radios.  They patrol their neighborhoods and report what the see.  This program allows the volunteers to observe and report only.  The volunteers do not under any circumstances get involved.
If you want to reduce crime in the neighborhood this is the way to do it.  Each patroller will have a radio and signs on their car.  Most of the HOA's in Fort Worth have between 20 to 70 patrollers.  WE HAVE 1.  There is no age limit.  Most of the Code Blue patrollers are retired.
It is up to y'all.  If you want to join the program you can contact me at E-mail:  johngc90@yahoo.com.  This program really does reduce crime.  Criminals will not go into a neighborhood that is being patrolled.
If you are planning to take the Code Blue class you must call Cindy Strause to register
